My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. the location is perfect - close to a stunning nature reserve and just a short walk from the bustling town centre. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. And finally, the rooms were beautifully decorated with attention to detail, including the curtains which kept the room nice and dark for a great night's sleep. Oh, and how can I forget the breakfast? It was simply amazing, with a wide variety of fresh products to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

From the moment we arrived till we left, we were made to feel we were in someone's house not a hotel. The welcome was great, the drinks that evening and breakfast next day set us up for our 130km cycle. The hotel had a wonderful Hamburg summer bock beer that we enjoyed. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with elegant lamps that added a nice touch. We also liked that the hotel had an art gallery in the hallways, with beautiful paintings that could be purchased. The attentive staff reacted very flexibly and efficiently to our individual wishes. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff showed great team spirit by having breakfast together.

This hotel is a great choice for those who want to be close to the Town Centre or enjoy a stunning nature reserve. The staff is amazingly helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The lobby and outdoor sitting area are relaxing, and the underground parking is a big bonus.

Although the Wi-Fi signal could be improved, it did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The Hotel52 Bergheim was superb. Modern and stylish rooms. Science fiction bathroom. Great showers. Comfortable bed. Soundproofed windows. Excellent breakfast with plenty of selection. Kind and helpful staff. Close to restaurants.

Great room, very clean with a modern vibe and comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with fresh products and a variety of options. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, close to attractions and a short walk to the town center. It had a private parking spot which was very convenient for us.

Although the parking was free, it was quite small and some guests park their cars inconsiderately which made it difficult for us to park on the first day. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and slow, which made it difficult to use some apps and services.

Additionally, the hotel is close to the Town Centre and a stunning nature reserve, making it an ideal location. The breakfast was exceptionally presented with a delightful selection.

Our room had a nice decoration and our bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good and included freshly cooked eggs. We also appreciated the covered parking space considering the busy location of the hotel, which made it easy to visit nearby cities.

The staff was not very friendly during our stay and didn't seem interested in helping us. our room had poor soundproofing, and we could hear every noise from the street.
